Maisonnette

The cottage is the ideal accommodation if you want to spend your stay in peace and quiet surrounded by greenery.

It is located in our garden, behind our main house.
 

The little house is approximately 20m2 and is made up of:

-a bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed,

-a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)

- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The cottage does not have a washing machine but a shared washing machine is available on the upper floor of the house (free of charge twice a week).

To enjoy the outdoors, the cottage has a beautiful private, covered terrace.

The garden is not private, it is shared with our family, but the terrace attached to the cottage will be just for you.

Access to the cottage is independent and is via the garage.

PRICE

The rate is valid for 1 or 2 people.

For one night: €150

For 2 nights: 100€/N (200€)

From 3 nights: 90€/N (270€)

From 5 nights: 80€/N (400€)

From 14 nights: 65€/N (910€)

From 21 nights: 55€/N (1155€)

From 28 nights: 50€/N (1400€)

Deposit: 300e.

The reservation will be effective after payment of a 30% deposit.

The full amount due must be paid in full 1 month before arrival, or at the latest on the day of arrival in the event of a late booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or in cash (on site).

Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guesthouse which forces us to have a strict cancellation policy.

In case of cancellation: deposits are not refundable.

1 month before the stay the full amount must be paid (non-refundable).

In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival the full amount will be charged.
