Maisonnette

The cottage is the ideal accommodation if you wish to spend your stay in peace and quiet in a green setting.

It is located in our garden, at the back of our main house.
 

The small house is approximately 20m2 and consists of:

-a bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed,

- a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)

- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The cottage does not have a washing machine but a communal washing machine is available upstairs in the house (free of charge twice a week).

To enjoy the outdoors, the cottage has a lovely private and covered terrace.

The garden is not private, it is shared with our family, but the terrace adjoining the cottage will be just for you.

Access to the cottage is independent and is via the garage.

ATTENTION : Accommodation and property strictly NON-SMOKING.

(For everyone's comfort, smoking is not permitted on the terrace, in the garden, or in common areas.)

PRICES

The price varies (between 50 and 160 euros per night) depending on the season and the length of stay.

It is valid for 1 or 2 people.

Caution: 300 euros.

The reservation will be effective after payment of a 30% deposit.

The full amount due must be paid in full 1 month before arrival, or at the latest on the day of arrival in the case of a late booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash (on site).

Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guest house, which forces us to have a strict cancellation policy.

In case of cancellation: deposits are non-refundable.

The full amount must be paid 1 month before the stay (non-refundable).

In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival, the full amount will be charged.
