Lovely, fully equipped studio apartment on the upper floor of our house.

The accommodation has a very comfortable 140cm bed, a bathroom (with shower and toilet), a fitted kitchen area and a balcony.

The studio is completely private and has its own key.

The upper floor of the house consists of three studios dedicated to guests (Pampa, Orchid and Cactus).

Access to this floor is independent of our home and is via our terrace with fairly steep steps to access it.

ATTENTION: Accommodation and property strictly NON-SMOKING.

(For everyone's comfort, smoking is not permitted on the balcony or in common areas.)
 

PRICE

The price varies (between 35 and 140 euros per night) depending on the season and the length of stay.

Deposit: €200 per bank imprint

The reservation will be effective after payment of a 30% deposit.

The entire amount due must be paid in full 1 month before arrival, or at the latest on the day of arrival in the event of a late booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash (on site).

Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guesthouse, which forces us to have a strict cancellation policy.

In case of cancellation: deposits are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival the full amount will be charged.
